Ready to Drift?!

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sideways City, its affiliates, partners, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Scan the QR code on the promotional flyer or visit www.sidewayscity.com and complete the entry form with your name and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person during the promotion period. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

The giveaway begins on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2025.

One (1) winner will receive a private Sideways City Drift Party experience for up to twelve (12) participants at Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Georgia, including ride-alongs with professional Formula DRIFT driver Federico Sceriffo in the Sideways City Drift Taxi.

All participating guests must:

• Sign a liability waiver prior to the event
• Wear one of the helmets provided by Sideways City
• Comply with all safety instructions given by event staff
   

Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification from participation in the ride-along portion of the event.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $3,000. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or resold.

 One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sideways City from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the phone number provided on or around October 5, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 By entering, you grant Sideways City the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and submitted information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 Entry does not guarantee a prize. Sideways City reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway for any reason. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sideways City, which are final and binding.

Participation in the Drift Party experience is subject to safety rules. All participants must sign a waiver and wear a provided helmet to engage in any ride-along activity. Sideways City reserves the right to remove any individual from participation who does not comply with safety or behavioral guidelines.

 Sideways City is not responsible for technical errors, lost or late entries, or any issues resulting from participation in the giveaway. By entering, you release Sideways City, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to the prize, transportation, participation in the event, or any injuries or damages sustained.
